Welcome to Room 3, our intimate, custom built, first floor chamber.  Recently refurbished in opulent gold and black with accents of
passionate red, this room is perfect for couples. The addition of extra furniture can transform it into a Head Teacher’s study.  

This room is suitable for use by couples, photographers, film makers and models.  Also perfect for content creation.  Please contact us via email with details of your requirements and we will be happy to help.

Also provided as part of you rental are a wide selection of floggers, paddles, crops, hard impact toys as well as silicone toys.

Every room is supplied with condoms and lube for use with toys.

All leather and wooden toys are cleaned with isopropyl alcohol and silicon toys are sterilised after every session.  We disinfect and steam clean equipment and floors after use.v
