Welcome to Room2, our recently refurbished first floor Boudoir. Decorated in pink and black it has an opulent feel fit for a Princess.

This room is suitable for use by couples, photographers and models and for filming.  Please contact us via email with details of your requirements and we will be happy to help.

A spanking bench

A sofa that folds down into a bed

A dressing table with mirrors and lights

A stool

A wardrobe filled with clothes and shoes

A selection of wigs

Also provided as part of you rental are a wide selection of floggers, paddles, crops, hard impact toys as well as silicone toys.

Every room is supplied with condoms and lube for use with toys.

All leather and wooden toys are cleaned with isopropyl alcohol and silicon toys are sterilised after every session.  We disinfect and steam clean equipment and floors after use.
