Welcome to Room 1, our spacious, custom built, ground floor chamber.  It is decorated in a traditional dungeon style, dark and mysterious with highlights of voluptuous Purple.

This room is suitable for use by couples, photographers and models, for filming as well as for demonstrations or workshops.  Please contact us via email with details of your requirements and we will be happy to help.

Also provided as part of you rental are a wide selection of floggers, paddles, crops, hard impact toys as well as silicone toys.

Every room is supplied with condoms and lube for use with toys.

All leather and wooden toys are cleaned with isopropyl alcohol and silicon toys are sterilised after every session.  We disinfect and steam clean equipment and floors after use.
